SHIPPING
Original paintings can be shipped internationally.
Large-scale works are usually shipped rolled in a reinforced tube. This is often the safest and most practical option for international delivery. After arrival, the canvas can be stretched locally by a professional framer.
When possible, paintings can also be shipped stretched and packed in a custom crate. This option is heavier and may involve additional shipping costs.
Before confirming the purchase, I will explain the best shipping option for your location and provide all details clearly.
ABOUT ROLLED PAINTINGS
For large works, rolled shipping is a common and professional solution. The painting arrives unstretched and can be placed back on a wooden stretcher by a local framer.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Each original painting is signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
The certificate includes the title of the work, year, medium, size, and artist signature. It confirms that the painting is an original one-of-a-kind artwork.
PAYMENT
After the details are confirmed, I issue a formal invoice for the artwork.
Payment is made before the painting is shipped. For collectors and companies, invoice details can be prepared accordingly.
If you have any questions before payment, I am happy to provide additional photos, videos, or information about the work.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are usually the responsibility of the buyer. I will provide the necessary invoice and shipping documents for the artwork.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted.
